Joseph Sharp (c. 1709–1776)〔The Pennsylvania magazine of history and biography, Volume 20 By Historical Society of Pennsylvania, p. 134〕 was an early settler of New Jersey, landowner, supporter of education, an iron manufacturer and industrialist.
